RETURNS
Prior authorization is required for all returns.
Guidelines for returns are as follows:
- Return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
- Authorized returns must be received within 10 days of authorization to qualify for credit.
- Knobs and pulls can be returned for credit to be used on either Grace White Glass (kiln-formed product only) or Michigan Naturals cabinet hardware. Credit is good for 6 months.
- There is a 25% restocking fee on all Grace White Glass product.
- Custom orders are not returnable.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
WARRANTY
Grace White Glass, at their option, will repair or replace any knob or pull that breaks or fails to perform due to manufacturing defects within 2 years of purchase. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Prior authorization is required for all returns. Please contact Grace White Glass.
